If you thought the novel version of Coraline was creepy, just wait until you read the graphic novel! This adaptation of the Neil Gaiman story brings all of the scary things in Coraline's new house to life. At first, Coraline thinks that the door she finds to the other house, where her other mother and father (who have black button eyes) promise her adventure, good food, and love forever, is a pretty good place. Pretty quickly, stranger and scarier things start happening, and soon Coraline is on a quest to get her real parents back to their own world. This one might keep you awake at night!

As a young member of the Bear Clan, Baron Bruin heard the ancient Mohawk legend about a man whose evil deeds transformed him into a terrible creature, not quite human and not quite bear, known as the Bearwalker. No creature was safe when the Bearwalker was near. Despite this terrifying story, Baron has always felt a strong affinity for bears and hopes to see one on his class camping trip in the Adirondacks. Once at the camp, however, things start to go horribly wrong. Baron's fear of being picked on by bullies becomes the least of his problems. The Bearwalker, it seems, is not just a legend. He's in camp, and he's looking for prey. Will Baron and his classmates survive?
