Inch By Inch
Leo Leonni (1995) , 32 pages
What if you could measure everything using your body?
A bird sees an inch worm one day and is about to eat him when he says "I'm useful I measure things." The inch worm measured the bird's tail and the flamingo's neck and the toucan's beak, the heron's leg, the tail of a phesant and the whole hummingbird. This story is mostly about not to threaten people to do something that you want them to do. This book is about science and math; it is also a funny story. I recommend this book to people who like funny stories and want to learn about measurement. Reviewed by Murphy, Age 6
