Life in a Coral Reef
Wendy Pfeffer (2009) , 40 pages
I learned that the parrot fish will oozes a colorless liquid to protect itself from predators like the eel when it sleeps. This liquid oozes from the body and it is like plastic wrap pretty awesome. The reef is made up of many small polyps the size of a grain of rice so it is alive. The largest reef is found in Australia it's called the Great Barrier Reef I would like to see it some day.
