Pumpkin Festival Rescheduled!
Denver Botanic Gardens Pumpkin Festival
Saturday & Sunday, October 17 & 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Two fun-filled days of pumpkins, crafts and treats! Thousands of pumpkins will be ripe for the picking in the 8.5-acre pumpkin patch at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield annual Pumpkin Festival. Many activities will surround the search for that perfect pumpkin, including storytelling, face painting, barrel train rides, farm animals, magicians, hayrides, and more! Weekends, Sept. 4 - Oct. 31
Get lost in the gigantic 8.5 acre Corn Maze! Boasting 12-foot stalks of corn, this year’s maze includes so many twists and turns that it will be the most challenging maze yet! The maze includes two illuminated observation bridges that provide a bird’s eye view to help you navigate. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, September 4 through October 31, 2009. |

Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
This year’s theme encourages children to be a hero for the planet and dress up as their favorite superhero while they learn about several ways they can help the environment. Trick-or-treaters visiting more than 30 trick-or-treat stations can enjoy close encounters with the creepy kind, viewing vampire bats, reptiles, spiders and Denver Zoo’s other creatures. Activities free with admission. |
