Lucy loves school and especially art time, but there is a bully at school and he starts to pick on Lucy. He breaks her art projects, steps on her cake, and tears her books. Lucy is afraid to tell anyone so she just gets very sad. How can she make the bully stop being so mean? This is an excellent bullying book for preschool and early elementary and is told with appealing and colorful illustrations.

I liked this book because she had some pretty good cures for kids. Whenever a child had a problem, Mrs. Piggle Wiggle could cure them. Like the Never-Want-To-Go-To-Bedders. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle said to let the kids stay up as late as they wanted. So the kids stayed up playing games. So the kids got sleepier and sleepier. Finally, the kids decided to go to bed early.

Zebby is frustrated. She wants to write hard-hitting articles for her middle school newspaper. But the advisor will not let her. She wants only nice, happy stories. So Zebby and her best friend Amr start an online newspaper. They call it The Truth About Truman School. The rules are simple. Anyone can post anything they feel like saying, as long as it is true. It starts with Zebby's articles about the food in the cafeteria. Soon, it is being used for something else entirely. People start posting some mean things about other kids. Zebby lets them, because the only rules say anyone can post anything. When things go too far, the whole school gets a lesson in just how far you can push the truth.

Have you ever had something special taken away from you during school? In this book there's a mouse named Lilly who loves school and every thing in it but most of all Lilly loves her teacher. When Lilly's Grandma comes over they go shopping and Lilly gets three shiny quarters, movie star sunglasses and a purple plastic purse. Lilly's so proud of her things that she decides to bring them to school but Lilly can't wait and Mr. Slimmer her teacher takes it away. What will Lilly do? Read this book and find out. My favorite part is every thing goes back the way it was. I recommend this book to people who like to bring things to school.

Have you ever had a thing that you really wanted to share but the teacher would not let you share it? This is the same thing that happened to Lilly. One day she bought glasses and her purple plastic purse with her grandma. Lilly brought both of them to school and she really wanted to share them with the class, but the teacher would not let her share them because it was not her show and tell. Finally, Lilly cannot wait and interrupts the class. She gets in trouble with her teacher. I like the book because I would feel happy if I had the purse. I recommend this book to people who like buying stuff. The moral is you don't always get to share when you want to.

Have you ever had cool stuff or a cool teacher? Well I do, just like Lily. Lily loves her teacher: Mr. Slinger. The problem is when Lily's grandma came she got: 3 shiny quarters, a pair of movie star glasses, and a purple plastic purse. When Lily went back to school, Lily really, really wanted to share. Her teacher, Mr. Slinger said for Lily to wait. But did Lily listen? No. Lily just wanted to share. Mr. Slinger took away the 3 things. I like this book because Lily learns to wait for her turn. I recommend this book to people who are learning how to wait.
