Our children get messages about race on the playground, at home and in the news. They might need help processing what they experience. To help community members navigate these conversations, Denver Public Library's Read. Awareness. Dialogue. Action. (R.A.D.A.) book group has developed a series of discussion-based workshops on talking with kids about race. Participants are welcome to drop in for one event, or attend them all. A children's activity, ideal for ages 3-8, accompanies each workshop.
